Head on right with her hand to face. This is the same pose she had in our 3D scan. Legs are bent on the left, you can just see her thighs up to her knee and then the rest of her leg goes out of the scan. In the nook of her arm the circular object is the umbilical cord. As of yesterday she is head down but I'm sure that can change 100 times between now and when she is born, she is really really active!! All and all everything looks good :)
